Terms of Service

These terms cover use of TheDigitalLM Social (social.thedigitallm.com), a private social media scheduling tool operated by Eze Media LLC. Access is by invitation only. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your content and the platforms' rules

You are responsible for everything you publish through the tool and for following the terms of each platform you post to, including the X Terms of Service, LinkedIn User Agreement, Meta Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use, Threads Terms of Use, TikTok Terms of Service, and YouTube Terms of Service.

Your accounts

Keep your login private. You can disconnect a social account at any time; publishing to it stops immediately.

Availability

The tool is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Scheduled posts can fail or be delayed if a platform changes its rules, rejects a post, or is unavailable. We may suspend or end access at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Eze Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tool, including missed, delayed, or rejected posts.

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
