Privacy Policy

TheDigitalLM Social (social.thedigitallm.com) is a private social media scheduling tool operated by Eze Media LLC for its own team. It is not open to the public; accounts are by invitation only. This policy explains what the tool stores and why.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email address, and a hashed password.
• Connected social accounts: when you connect X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, or TikTok, the platform gives us an access token plus basic profile details (name, username, profile picture, and page or channel IDs).
• Content you create: post text, images, videos, and schedules.
• Post performance: metrics the platforms return for posts published through the tool, such as views and likes.
• Technical logs: IP address and browser details, kept by our server and by Cloudflare for security.

How we use it

Only to publish and schedule the posts you create, show their status and performance, and keep the service secure. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the platform you choose to publish to.

Where it is stored and for how long

Data is stored on a server operated by Eze Media LLC in the United States. Traffic passes through Cloudflare. Media you upload is served from social.thedigitallm.com so the platforms can fetch it when publishing.

We keep data until you delete it. Disconnecting a channel ends the tool's access to that account. To erase your data permanently, including from backups, email us and we will do it within 30 days.

Google and YouTube

TheDigitalLM Social uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your Google security settings.

TheDigitalLM Social's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X

Data received from these platforms is used only to publish your posts and show their results. You can revoke access from each platform's connected apps settings at any time. See Data deletion for step-by-step instructions.

Your choices

You can disconnect any channel, delete posts, or delete your account from inside the tool. You can also ask us to delete everything by emailing [email protected].

Children

TheDigitalLM Social is not directed to anyone under 18.
