Data Deletion

You can remove your data from TheDigitalLM Social yourself, revoke its access from each platform, or ask us to delete everything.

1. Delete inside the tool

• Disconnect a channel: open the channel's menu and choose disconnect. The tool stops using its access token and can no longer post to it.
• Delete posts: open a post on the calendar and delete it.
• Delete your account: Settings, then delete account.

2. Revoke access at the platform

• Facebook: Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, then remove TheDigitalLM Social.
• Instagram and Threads: Settings, Apps and websites (or Website permissions), then remove TheDigitalLM Social.
• Google and YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions, then remove access.
• LinkedIn: Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services, then remove.
• X: Settings, Security and account access, Apps and sessions, Connected apps, then revoke.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions, then remove.

3. Ask us to delete everything

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We permanently erase your account, posts, media, and tokens, including from backups, within 30 days and reply to confirm.
